Event Date: 13-March 10 (Single Day Event)

My opinion.

Go to this if you are curious.

At present Socialists run the administration of our society.
But regime change is taking place.
The establishment Socialists,
with their nice lives and secure powerful positions
do not want things to change.

What you will see at this event
is some of the fall-out from this conflict.

The official Blurb:

Campaign against Climate Change Trade Union conference 2010
Start: 13 Mar 2010, First Talk at 11:00 am. Registration from 10:30.
Entry £10, or £5 concession for low incomers.
Where:
It’s happening on Saturday 13th March in South Camden Community School, Charrington St, London NW1 1RG.
North from St Pancras Station.

The date for the third CCC trade union conference has been announced as Saturday 13th March, at the South Camden Community School, Charrington St, London NW1 1RG. Speakers will include Tony Kearns (CWU), Manuel Cortes (TSSA), Chris Baugh (PCS), Prof. Barbara Harriss-White, Jonathan Neale (Million Green Jobs Commission, CCC), John Stewart (HACAN), Graham Petersen (UCU), and Larry Lohman (Cornerhouse).

The Campaign against Climate Change Trade Union conferences have brought together hundreds of Trade Unionists to discuss the role that the Trade Union movement can play in the fight against Climate Change. Our previous conferences have been a great success, but our third occurs against a backdrop that is even more urgent. Working people face the twin threat of economic recession and climate disaster. The failure to agree a serious strategy for dealing with climate change at the Copenhagen Climate Conference underlines this problem.

Doublethink.

I found this article in Wikipedia.

There is a lot of concisely expressed content here.

The author of this well written piece really understands their subject.

http://en.wikipedia....iki/Doublethink

Bear this stuff in mind when you think of Socialism.

..............................................................................

I would add that i am not making a value judgment here.

It is about societal functionality.

ie, keeping the peace, keeping everyone well behaved, and keeping life civilised.

But it is a tool that is to become less useable.

The Web and The Information Revolution will permit,
for the first time in human history,
the uncontrollable free exchange of ideas.

So everyone will be able to compare what others say against their own indoctrinated opinion.
Choosing which ideas best match the real world.
Thus overcoming the stupification the keeps us all in our alloted place.
It will be mass deprogramming.

This is the heart of the regime change that is now taking place.

Doublethink is blatantly evident at this event.

Most areas of the world maintain the conditions of sustainable civilised life,
and have evolved a stable sustainable ideology for its management.
80% of people live in have-not parts of the world,
within which, the dominating religions are remarkable similar in principle.

The exception is socialism.
Socialism pretends to be a science but is the mumbo-jumbo of self delusion.
Socialists pretend to themselves that they are the most advanced of thinkers,
but their religion is basically based on the pre-christian tribalism of our lot versus the rest.

This event pretends to be about saving the planet,
when in fact socialism is the religious front of the system which is devastating it.

Socialists pretend and actually believe to themselves that they are egalitarian,
when in fact they are the people who are administering the system of imperialism,
where 80% of the worlds resources are claimed by 20% of its people.

You will see at this event the manic repartition of, and belief in,
the same bourgeois self-delusion that they have been peddling for the last 150 years.
