    Looking at the MO pressure charts, the wind is coming from the Arctic.
    Quite strong winds too, on Saturday.

    It looks like Spring has won out next week, although it doesn't look particularly warm from the 24th, according to NetWeather,

    Yes just a brief cold snap this weekend. Snow showers in Scotland and some other Northern parts. Possibly a brief Cheshire Gap streamer too.
