    The lowest overnight temperature was -1.2ºC recorded at 07:12am, current temperature is -1.0°C, pressure is 1032mb humidity 99% with little or no wind.
    The sky is clear and it's very frosty with ice covering the paths and on the roads, take care!.
    It will be a cold but sunny day.

    Yesterday was sunny start, though I did scrape a layer of either frost or snow or even hail from the windscreen, and later a quick icy shower ruined hopes of a dry day and sure enough the ground remained soggy but no idea how much rain fell here near Lds Bfd airport cos instead we got snowed on, hailed upon and rained upon during intermittent intervals over Wycoller Moor, Lancashire, but the AMAZING sight we enountered more than made up for braving the elements, poor footpaths, soggy boggy wetlands, submerged stepping stones and bepuddled and muddied pony paths, because I still can't believe we saw what looks like an ancient pyramid nestled on the river bank complete with a bonsai around the corner of the next hilltop! it was freezing on the hilltops which were already whitened at the base of grassmounds.
    The Hailstorm arrived 1 05 pm and was pretty fierce, the snow arrived 4pm and the flakes were ginormous settling into 1 cm of cover within minutes. We scuttled back into transport only to find our panic was unnecessary as one mile out of the area the snow turned to rain then fizzled out nearer the Skipton road and we were into dry weather by the time we hit W Yorks.
    Talk about micro climates as well? As we arrived in a dip at Wycoller a twenty foot wide gathering of hailstones strewn across the dip, reminded us of the eccentricity of how one house gets blasted with a mini hailstorm while all around is in bright dazzling sunshine!

    Today we have a sunny outlook and the skies are now clear with faded clouds widely spread apart, icy temps and some sign of frost around in shadowed places. Baildon Moor has still got a thin covering of snow.

    Here in Elland, West Yorks the sky clouded over mid evening last night after a large flaked snow shower between 1600 & 1700 hrs yesterday. There must have been enough wind last night to allow the ground to dry off and no further precipitation after the late afternoon snow . We had a clearish sky at 4 am and a moderate frost this morning. We had no icing on the road evident at 9 am despite that it was in an unsalted condition. The temperature was - 1.5 C @ 8:30 am and is now +2.5 @ 13:20 hrs. Plenty of blue sky with cloud to 40 % and a light air coming from a northerly direction. The pressure is 1030.6 hPa and rising.
    The outlook is for there to be more cloud overnight with very light wind conditions & no precipitation and broken cloud in the mid morning. A possibilty of a slight frost (if there is any at all ).

    Recorded over 7 1/2 hours of sunshine today but since sunset the temperature is falling, now -0.1ºC and the pressure, which is still rising ,is 1036mb.
    No wind at all and with the humidity in the 90s it's possible that we could have some freezing fog before dawn.

    Another bright morning with a light frost, after a clear night last night. This evening started clear but has since clouded over with hazy cloud.
    Min. overnight temp. last night was -1.1c at 08:14 and the max. temp. today was 4.2c at 13:29.
    Has now fallen to 1c but seems unlikely to go much lower due to the cloud.
    Wind has been very light all day, at around 3-4mph, with gusts no stronger than 8mph.
    0.3mm of precipitation recorded at 14:00 but I don't recall it raining so it may have been some left in the bucket since yesterday.
    Pressure up from 1012 to 1027 over the last 24 hours.
    Humidity 83%
    Mostly cloudy sky forecasted for the next 5 days, with temperatures mainly above freezing.
