Are you trying to convert a measure of temperature into a measure of radiation?

    Is that even do-able?

Hi, never heard of that to convert celsius into a solar radiation measure. To measure solar radiation you usually use some sort of photodiode or other diode (me thinks)

    What is the project about?

I dont think you can jump from temperature to heat transfer coefficient without other factors being considered, so as such there is no conversion.

Unless you are thinking of Watts/meter^2-Kelvin to Watts/meter^2-Celciu, but they are the same scale.
Other conversions are found http://www.themeter.net/conv20_e.htm but you need to establish BTU's or equivalent.

Thanks for all of your replies, I was only thinking along the lines of the what "Weather Display" uses, If you use the "Sensor in a jar" method to get the solar radiation
