    Hi Guys,
I guess the title says it all really. I've just purchased a WH-1080 & imediately realised that the Easy weather software supplied is a little limited & fairly useless, if the rain recording is anything to go by. Having read a couple of forums I've downloaded & installed Cumulus & set everything up including setting up an account with Wunderground on the web to get my info up for all.

However no matter what I do, the Wunderground site always indicates "Data not Available", I double checked passwords & usernames etc so I can only presume that the problem is with some of the settings in there. The Cumulus software itself looks to work very well on my computer.

Any help would be most useful.

    Cheers

Hi Michael, welcome to the forum.
I don't use Cumulus so I'm not familar with the settings however I do also down load to Wonderground.
Just make sure that your station ID and your password are is entered correctly and that your FTP switch is on.
Also, it I remember correctly, it can take up to 48 hours for them tp set up a new account.

If you think that WU should be showing your data by now, go into Cumulus and turn on debug.
Let it run for what should be a couple of updates, then (turn off and) inspect the debug file which is locatated in the directory where you installed Cumulus.

Info from the Cumulus forum ;)

I could have sworn that my ID & password were correct but from the log file it does indeed indicate that one of them is wrong.

Guys many thanks for all your help, I have just deleted the account on Wunderground & started again. It looks like Cactus & Beteljuice were spot on with the ID or password suggestion. I was using an incorrect ID. My new ID is:-
    IWESTYOR40

Believe it or not it came onto the web site imediately along with readings from my station. Once again a big thanks guys, I can now concentrate on finding out about weather station as a new hobby.
